Delete your KIPTV account

Delete it from the app

On iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV and Android phones and tablets: open KIPTV, go to Settings › Account and choose Delete Account, then confirm. The deletion starts right away and cannot be undone.

Without the app

Send a request from the contact form, choosing the "Account & data" category and writing from the email address of your KIPTV account. We confirm the deletion by email.

What is deleted

Your account (email address and sign-in methods) and everything linked to it: playlists and their settings, watch progress, lists and preferences, the Trakt connection, support conversations with their photos and videos, and the devices registered for notifications. It is all permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

What is kept

Purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and our subscription provider RevenueCat, as required for tax and accounting purposes. Deleting the account does not cancel an active subscription: cancel it from your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

Delete only some data

You can remove a playlist, take titles out of Continue Watching or your lists, and disconnect Trakt directly in the app, without deleting the account. For anything else, write to us from the contact form.
