4. Account & Subscriptions

KIPTV offers both free and premium subscription plans. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store (for Apple platforms) or Google Play (for Android platforms). All billing, refund, and subscription management is handled by the respective platform. To request a refund, please follow the procedures provided by Apple or Google.

5. Intellectual Property

The KIPTV application, including its source code, design, brand, and documentation, is the exclusive property of the KIPTV team and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.

6. Copyright Infringement
